What is Counslling? How can Counselling help me?
Counselling offers you the space and time to explore what may be causing difficulty in your day to day life, it may be that you have lost a loved other, or that your relationships are strained. Perhaps you struggle with your feelings or experience anxiety and depression. What ever is troubling you, counselling can help support you through.
What is your availability?
Availability may vary so getting in touch is the best way to answer this question, however, I tend to work
Mondays online only 9am-3:30pm
Tuesdays 9am-3:30pm
Wednesdays 10am-7pm
Fridays 9am- 3:30pm
Evening options may be available 6pm-8pm (evening rates apply).
Other availabilty may be negotiated depending on availability. Please enquire to find out more.
