Finding yourself seeking a therapist can feel daunting for many, it can be, however the first step towards gaining the support that may prove incredibly valuable on your life journey. I offer short- and long-term therapy depending on your individual needs, this may be negotiated throughout our work together. It is important to find a therapist that you feel fits your needs, for this reason I can offer a free 20-minute consultation via telephone or online.

Should we go on to work together, as a Relational Integrative Therapist I am able to draw on several modalities to support you therapeutically and honour the uniqueness of your journey. The foundations of this will be the therapeutic relationship that aids in supporting you. The therapeutic environment is non- judgemental and seeks to provide safety to explore, with challenge enough to grow. Through counselling we have an opportunity to develop and deepen our self-awareness which can allow for understanding patterns that may be holding us back.
